DC Annual Time: Previews For July’s Annuals And Announcements For October

by

DC BannerDC recently released new previews for their July annuals as well as announcements for what annuals are coming out in October. The annuals vying for your hard earned dollars this month are Batman Annual #2, Animal Man Annual #2, Detective Comics Annual #2, The Flash Annual #2, and Superman Annual #2. All five of those will be released on July 31st. Two things to note- the Batman Annual will be a special Zero Year tie-in written by Scott Snyder with art by Wes Craig. The Flash Annual will detail the first meeting between The Flash and his soon-to-be best pal the Green Lantern.

Along with this month’s annuals, as we said above, DC rolled out the info for the five annuals coming out this October. Whereas July will be a month of #2s, October will see some fresh faces getting the annual treatment. They include: Action Comics Annual #2, Aquaman Annual #1, Green Lantern Annual #2, Nightwing Annual #1, Swamp Thing Annual #2, and Teen Titans Annual #2. Below are the solicits and covers for those. The gallery at the bottom is all the art released for July’s annuals. Click any pic to expand. What do you think about the upcoming annuals? Which ones will you be picking up?
