The CW Looking To Revive YOUNG JUSTICE In Live Action?

by

Young-Justice-anime-cartoonMiss Young Justice? A lot of people do. The series was abruptly canceled by the Cartoon Network earlier this year despite the fact that it had a strong fan base. There have been multiple petitions and fansites devoted to get the cartoon back on, but to no avail.

Until now that is. There’s a twist however. The show looks to be making a return, but not the cartoon we all know and fell in love with. In its stead we will be getting a live action version that will be based on the cartoon, this according to Bleeding Cool. No word on whether or not it will be a continuation of the cartoon or if it is just going to carry the same characters and themes. What is being said though, is the show will be a live action teen drama/romance looking to premiere sometime in 2015.

While there is no information on who will be cast in the TV series, the report states that Superboy and Miss Martian will lead the team. What that means for Robin, Kid Flash, and the others is yet to be seen. However, make sure to check back here at Comic Book Therapy for the latest.
