Clark Gregg On The Ramifications Of Coulson’s Resurrection
Clark Gregg was recently at the Tribeca Film Festival to talk about his new directorial effort, Trust Me. Being a fanboy himself, he took time to answer some questions about the upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. show on ABC (still not officially picked up, but come on you know it will happen). In the 4-minute interview Gregg addressed the fact that Coulson had indeed bought the farm and that was always the plan for the character. Whether it be fan campaigns, new story ideas that required Coulson to be alive, or just Gregg‘s loyalty to the brand, something changed and he got the call that he would be coming back to life. Gregg danced around how Coulson came back and what that means for the character. He also hinted that there could be some real fallout among The Avengers if Fury deceived the group about Phil‘s condition. You can check it all out below. He offers up a lot of interesting possibilities. What do you think? Do you have any theories on how he came back?
