Chris Pratt In Talks For A Trip To JURASSIC WORLD
The Star-Lord may be going from fighting the minions of Thanos out in space to running from dinosaurs in Jurassic World. The Wrap is reporting that the actor is in early discussions for the lead role in the upcoming Jurassic Park film. Discussions are in the very early stages, but Pratt doesn’t have any movies lined up right now. He’s finished Guardians of the Galaxy and is now focusing on his TV work with Parks and Recreation. If he can make those schedules work, he may just be taking on some dinosaurs.
Josh Brolin may or may not have been in talks for the role, depending on which trade you believe, but Pratt‘s rising star thanks to Guardians has made him a very hot commodity. If Pratt signs up for Universal‘s 3D sequel, he’ll be joining Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, and Iron Man 3 wunderkind Ty Simpkins. Life of Pi star Irrfan Khan is also said to be close to closing a deal for an unspecified role. The film will be directed by Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guranteed) with Steven Spielberg serving as producer. Chris Pratt will next be seen holding his own against Vince Vaughn in Delivery Man. What do you think about Pratt taking on a second high profile movie role?
