todd bannerThanks for entering everybody! Great comments all around. We had a big meeting to determine our favorite. It was a hard choice, but we found our winner. Stay tuned for more contest on CBT.

The first volume Todd, The Ugliest Kid On Earth recently came out. If you’re a regular reader at our fine establishment, you know that we’re pretty big Todd fans. We’ve reviewed all the books and even made it onto the cover of the second issue’s second printing. We also got a little quote on the back of the trade paperback. If you’ve still not given Todd a shot, now is the perfect time to get on the bandwagon. The series’ second story is about to come out later this year. It will take a look at some occult goings on at PBS involving Charlie Rose, so if you thought things couldn’t get crazier you’re wrong. Todd is also getting made into a TV show by the fantastic Titmouse studios. To help get you initiated into the world of Todd, we’re going to be giving away a copy of the volume 1 trade.

The contest is pretty simple. If you’re a US citizen, head on over to our Facebook page (click here for a direct link) and “like” the page. After you do that, drop us a line about the ugliest thing you can think of. Todd’s face is covered by a paper bag so we don’t know what he really looks like, but we can assume he’s probably not too handsome. What’s the ugliest thing you can think of? What do you think could give Todd a run for his money? Just drop us a line on the Facebook page and you’re automatically entered. Easy as can be. The contest will run until Friday (8/16/2013) at 3pm EST. We’ll get in touch with the winner shortly thereafter. If you’re not our lucky winner, you should still definitely check out Todd. So what are you waiting for? Go enter now!
