Brian Michael Bendis Uncovers Charles Xavier’s Last Will And Testament
Charles Xavier has been dead for several months now. Cyclops ended the the Professor‘s life while under the influence of the Pheonix Force, and there have been ripple effects from that event ever since. While the founder of the Xavier School For Gifted Mutants isn’t coming back (yet), it appears the final few skeletons in his closet are going to be revealed.
X-writer Brian Michael Bendis unveiled the cover to Uncanny X-Men #23 on his personal Tumblr, and it touts the discovery of Charles Xavier‘s last will and testament. This issue will serve as an Original Sin tie-in, so we can only imagine what sort of deep, dark secret will be revealed in the aftermath of The Watcher‘s murder. Bendis touts this as one of the most incendiary X-Men stories ever. That’s a lot to live up to, but we’ll find out if it lives up to the hype soon enough. What secrets do you think Xavier‘s will holds?
EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK! This is the cover to Uncanny X-Men 23 by Chris Bacholo. You guys were so nice and supportive of the Trial of Jean Grey I got special permission this morning to post this cover.
