Dynamite‘s smash-hit event rolls on this Wednesday in the pages of Masks #4. It’s the midway point of the pulp hero team-up, and everyone continues the search for the head of the Justice Party. There’s also some new heroes coming into their own in this installment. The Black Bat is born as D.A. Tony Quinn discovers his new gift.
