Paul Bettany Voicing ‘J.A.R.V.I.S.’ Confirmed For The Avengers!

Well its now official, actor Paul Bettany will once again lend his voice to the super computer JARVIS!

It lacked only he, among the “usual” characters of the marvel cinematic universe, to confirm his participation in the film. Now Paul Bettany confirmed: he will be back to voice at JARVIS also in The Avengers. Bettany confirmed with Ifpress that he’s been asked to return once again:

“This is pretty much the way it always goes,”

says Bettany, who played J.A.R.V.I.S. in both Iron Man movies and has been told he has a part in The Avengers.

“I never get the call until literally about a month or two before the movie comes out, and then they bring me in once everything else is done. I’m literally the last person hired. It’s exactly like voicing animation, except I don’t even have to sync to anything. It’s the easiest gig in the world.”

Bettany is expected to also return for Iron Man 3, hitting May 3, 2013.

The Avengers, based on the popular Marvel comic book team of super heroes, will be Joss Whedon‘s blockbuster directorial debut. With a fantastic cast (Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson among others), the film sees the super heroes together to fight a global threat. The film arrives in theaters May 4, 2012 U.S.
