by

arkham originsThey seem to keep yanking these videos down. Even the Arkham YouTube page took their upload down. We’ll keep replacing the video with a working version as long as we can. Hopefully an official upload comes along before long.

E3 keeps rolling out the major announcements and trailers today. A little while ago we saw the first teaser video for Halo 5 (click here) and now we’re getting a fantastic new trailer for Batman: Arkham Origins. The new trailer features a lot of action-packed footage and gameplay as well as a few lines of dialogue showing off the new voice cast. We get to hear our new Batman and Joker towards the end of the video. Our new Roger Craig Smith (Batman) and Troy Baker (Joker) sound like they’ll be worthy heirs to Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill‘s thrones. Check out the clip and sound off with your thoughts below!

Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline occurring several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous villains and assassins, the game showcases a young, raw, unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, witness identities being formed and key relationships being forged.
