New Banners For Marvel’s The Avengers Unveiled!

I’ve been waiting for the day this movie is released for over a decade. So, obviously, every bit of official advertisement that is released by Marvel regarding this movie will automatically direct me into a very geeky cardiac arrest.
I know some people are annoyed and even feel such eager geekness is repulsive. But I simply couldn’t help giggling while hopping in my chair when I saw this banner:

I actually like how they look cartoon-ish, even comicbookishly bright when it comes to the suits and armor. Not unrealistic, just vivid… and this is because I can almost see them coming alive like they did in my mind when I was a kid reading these comic books.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is safe to say: The Avengers is the second most anticipated movie in the history of mankind. Obviously Episode I is the first, no questions asked, no doubt about it, case closed. However The Avengers is my first, it has such a warm and cozy place in my heart…
Directed by Joss Whedon, The Avengers assemble in theaters on May 4, 2012 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo and Cobie Smulders.
