APES WILL RISE !

It’s barely been a day and my E-mail Inbox, Facebook and Twitter is buzzing! Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a hit! Cant wait to see it tomorrow.

At The Boom panel at SDCC I heard about the #Apeswillrise project BOOM Studios has created. A free Web comic is available at http://www.apescomics.com

Now in its sixth week this comic is a prequel to the events of the movie, as we meet Chimpanzee Bright Eyes and her journey from the jungle to the sterile lab where she is a test subject in a mysterious ab study. This is a wonderful comic. With new episodes being updated every Wednesday its a great compliment to the movie and some first rate comic book writing and art.

Also make sure to download the FREE I-phone app with a link to cool you tube clips, Ticket information and an addictive memory game to test your intelligence against a chimps! Be warned though don’t play on the “Ape” level unless you open to failure! A great app, i look forward to playing it a lot more.
