And The New Superman Is….

Henry Cavill.  Yes Henry Cavill has been cast as the new Ultimate Boy scout, Superman, Kal-El, Clark Kent or however you like to call him.

Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Deborah Snyder are the producers of the film. The screenplay is being written by David S. Goyer based on a story by Goyer and Nolan. Thomas Tull and Lloyd Phillips are serving as executive producers.

The film will be released on December 2012. The new Superman movie will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

I am not too sure about this actor. I have not seen him act or anything but im not too convinced. Although I did learned something from The Dark Knight movie, and that is do not rush into judging.  Remember when they announced Heath Ledger as The Joker?

So i will give  this guy a chance, and well, I trust Nolan’s judgment, so far he has not disappointed me  in any movie he has made.

Now what are your thoughts on this?

    That is actually a pretty old pic of Henry. He’s a pretty good actor, having most recently (and probably best known) for being in the Showtime series The Tudors.
