Add Michael Rosenbaum To The Guardians Of The Galaxy List

It was earlier today that we learned that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was up for the role of Peter “Star-Lord” Quill in the James Gunn directed Guardians of the Galaxy. Well now we have another name to add to the growing list of contenders. Michael Rosenbaum announced on his official Twitter page that he has read for the part of Quill. Gunn and Rosenbaum have a history together. The former Lex Luthor and Flash voice actor played a part in Gunn’s series of videos called PG Porn as well as the video game Lollipop Chainsaw. Gunn is known for using actors he likes multiple times. You can get Michael Rooker to confirm that fact.
In a report released a little before Christmas it was stated that Zachary Levi, Jim Sturgess, and a third mystery man were the main actors being considered for the role. We thought JGL was the mystery man, but maybe it was Rosenbaum. What do you think about Rosenbaum as Star-Lord? Do you want him to jump the DC ship in favor of Marvel?
